New Name And No Shame

SPEAKER_00

I'm Annette Benedetti, host of the podcast formerly known as Locker Room Talk and Chop. The show has a new name, Talk Sex with Annette. But at its core, this is still your locker room. It's where we strip away shame, get curious, and speak the unspoken about sex, pink dating, pleasure, and desire. Around here, nothing's off limits. These are the kinds of conversations we save for our boldest group chat, our most trusted friends, and of course, the women's locker room. Think raw, honest, and sometimes unapologetically raunchy. Welcome to my podcast where desire meets disruption and pleasure becomes power. Let's talk about sex. Cheers. Today's talk Sex with Annette topic is Say This and Unleash Her Kinky Side, the Dirty Talk Cheat Sheet. I want to start by telling you the truth about me, which is that for a long time I was genuinely bad at talking dirty. The first few times I tried to say something out loud in bed, I heard my own voice and wanted to crawl under the covers and never come out. So if the idea of dirty talk makes you feel like a fraud, if the words seem to dry up in your throat the second you need them, I want you to know that I have been exactly where you are and that this is a skill you build. It's not a gift you're born with. But here is what today is really about, because it goes deeper than just talking dirty. Today it's about using your words to unlock something most women keep hidden, which is her kinky side. And I mean this with real numbers behind it. The research on sexual fantasy consistently finds that the overwhelming majority of women have active fantasies they have

never once spoken out loud to the person they're sleeping with. She has them, she has just never felt safe enough to say them. And what the research on couples show over and over is that the thing that makes her feel safe enough to open up isn't pressure and it isn't performance. It's you. When a woman perceives her partner as responsive, meaning she feels understood, accepted, and cared for, her desire and her arousal actually go up. Studies have measured this directly. Feeling understood is not the warm-up act to the kink. Feeling understood is what unlocks it. So today I am giving you the cheat sheet, the exact approaches and the word-for-word lines that get her to open up about what she's into, then invite her further into it without ever making her feel judged or rushed. And I want to be clear that these are approaches you're going to make your own, not a script to read off a card, because the second it sounds rehearsed, the spell breaks. But before we dive in, I have to remind you that I'm over on OnlyFans and there. I'm sharing my sex and intimacy, how-tos, demos, and audio guided self-pleasure meditations, and so much more. You can find me there with my handle at TalkSexWithanet. And you can find me on ZubStack doing a whole lot of the same with my handle at TalkSex withinet. And of course, you can scroll down to the notes below where you're going to find links to everywhere you want to find me. I can't wait to see you there. But for now, let's get into it. Cheers. Key number one is go first. There's a reason she's never told you her real fantasy, and it has nothing to do with how much she trusts you. It's that she's waiting to find out if she'll be judged. The single biggest reason a woman keeps her fantasies locked away is that she's already imagined telling you and watching your face change. She's pictured the joke you might make or the way you might go quiet or the question she's dreading, which is some version of where did that come from? So before you can ever get her to open up, you have to become someone it's safe to open up to.

Where To Find Annette

SPEAKER_00

And the fastest way to do that is to go first. This isn't just a nice idea. It's one of the most well-documented mechanisms in all of relationship psychology. It's called reciprocal self-disclosure, and it works like a law of physics. When you reveal something personal and a little vulnerable, your partner's instinct is to match you, to meet you at the same level of openness you just offered. Researchers have found this

Key 1 Go First

SPEAKER_00

again and again that intimacy deepens and turns, one person going a little deeper and the other one following. So when you share a fantasy of your own, you're not just talking, you're handing her permission and you're taking the first risk so she doesn't have to take it alone. The way you do this is offer up something of your own and you frame it as a curiosity rather than a demand. You might say, I have a fantasy I've honestly never told anyone. Can I tell you? Or you might say, There's something I've always been curious about trying with you, and there's zero pressure. I just really like the idea of telling you what it is. Or the simplest and most generous version, which is, I want to know the thing that turns you on that you've never said out loud, I'll go first. And one important note before you use any of these, which is that you get to read the room on where this conversation happens. If things are already heated and intimate, you can absolutely do this in the moment in bed as part of the seduction itself. But if your partner is newer or shyer, or you've never talked about any of this before, it can actually land better outside of the bedroom entirely, on a walk or in the car or over a glass of wine, somewhere where there's zero pressure to do anything about it right then. The setting isn't the point, the permission is. And when she does open up, even a little, the most important thing you will do this entire episode happens in the next three seconds, which is that you receive it like she just handed you something precious because she did. That's the whole foundation. And everything else we're about to do is build on top of it. She won't share her fantasy until she knows you won't flinch. So you go first. Key two is the what if door. The most powerful phrase for unlocking a woman's fantasies is only two words long. What if? Here's why what if is the master key. If you ask her a direct question, something like, Do you want to be tied up? You are forcing her to own that desire out loud and plant a flag in the ground that says, This is who I am. For a fantasy she's never admitted to anyone. That is a terrifyingly big step. And most women will just say, I don't know, to make the moment stop. But when you say, What if I tied you up? You have changed everything because now it's hypothetical. She gets to play inside the idea, react to it, feel her body respond to it, all without having to confess that it's hers. You've handed her a way to say yes without the vulnerability of having to ask. So the approach here is that you float specific fantasies as hypotheticals, and then you read her response like it's a map. Watch her breath, watch her eyes, notice whether

Key 2 Open The What If

SPEAKER_00

she leans into the idea or laughs it off to change the subject because her body will answer you honestly, even when her words are still being careful. And I want to give you real ones because specificity is what makes her body react. If you suspect she might be into being dominated, you try. What if just for tonight you didn't have to make a single decision and you just had to do what I told you? If you think she might have a praise thing, you try. What if every time you did exactly what I wanted, I told you what a good girl you were? If you think she's curious about being restrained, you try. What if I held your hands above your head and you couldn't move at all? If you think there's an exhibitionist streak in there, you try. What if I told you I've been thinking about you wearing something under your clothes all day that only I know about? Each one of those is a door, and you're opening them one at a time and watching which one that she walks toward. The moment her breath catches on one of them, you have found the thread, and that is the fantasy you gently start to pull on. What if lets her say yes to the fantasy without the fear of having to ask for it? K3 is Maker Phil understood. Here's the part almost every man gets backwards. The thing that actually turns her on isn't the dirtiest thing you can say. It's the feeling that you finally get her. I told you at the top that the research on desire points to one thing more than almost any other, which is responsiveness, the feeling of being understood and accepted by your partner. And this is the key where you actually deliver that feeling because when she gives you a glimpse of a fantasy, your job is not to immediately escalate it. Your job is to show her you understood it and that you're glad she told you. So when she shares something with you, you reflect it back to her with warmth and a little bit of certainty so that she feels seen rather than interrogated. And I want to be careful here because there's a wrong way to do this that lands like an accusation. If you say flatly, you like being dominated, it can feel like you're putting her on trial. But if you say it with heat and with acceptance, it becomes a gift. The difference is the warmth. So instead you might

Key 3 Make Her Feel Understood

SPEAKER_00

say, I love that you told me that. The idea of you wanting to give out control like that is honestly the hottest thing you could have said to me. Or you might say, So you like the idea of being told what to do. I'm into that. I want to hear more about it. Or the fact that you've been thinking about that turns me on. Tell me the rest. What you're doing with every one of those lines is sending the same signal, which is this is safe. I like it, keep going. You're creating what I call the safe container. And it matters just as much after she shares it as before, because if she takes a risk and tells you something and you react with a joke or with silence or with a weird face, you haven't just fumbled one moment. You've taught her nervous system that opening up to you costs her something. And she will close that door and you may not get it open again for a very long time. So whatever your face wants to do in the moment, what comes out of your mouth, some version of that's so hot. Tell me more. What turns her on most isn't the filthiest thing you can say. It's feeling like you finally understand her. Key four is run the fantasy out loud. She told you what she's into, you're in bed, and this is the exact moment most men go completely silent, right when their words matter the most. Here's what happens to almost everyone. You did the hard part. You got her to open up. You know the fantasy now, you're finally in bed together, and then your mouth goes dry and you don't say anything at all. Because knowing her fantasy and knowing what to actually say in the moment are two totally different skills. So this key is the words themselves. This is what you say once you're in it to make the fantasy, she confessed, feel real. And the secret to all of it is narration. You say out loud what you're doing, what you're about to do, and what it's doing to her. Her body cannot tell the difference between vivid description and the real thing. So when you put words into the moment, you're not just talking, you're doubling the sensation. The touch happens once in her body and a second time in her head. Let me give you exactly what that sounds like in the fantasy she told you she wanted. If she opened up about wanting to give up control,

Key 4 Narrate The Fantasy

SPEAKER_00

you narrate the control. You say, you're not deciding anything tonight. I am. All you have to do is exactly what I tell you to. And if she told you she has a praise thing, you narrate the praise as it happens. You say, look at you, you're being so good for me right now. And you have no idea what that's doing to me. And if she told you she's been curious about being restrained, you tell her what you're about to do before you do it. You say, I'm gonna hold your hands right here, and you're going to stay exactly like that for me. And notice the pattern in every single one of those, which is that you are describing her own fantasy back to her while it's happening. You're not inventing something new in the moment and hoping it lands. You already know what she wants because she told you in key one. So now you're simply saying it out loud as you give it to her. That's the whole move. And it's almost impossible to get wrong once you realize the words were handed to you already. Say what you're doing as you do it. Her body feels the words as much as the touch. Key five is the morning after. What you say the next morning decides whether she ever shows you that side of herself again. Here's the mistake that undoes all of your good work, and almost everyone makes it. You have a genuinely hot, open, vulnerable night where she shows you a side of herself she normally keeps hidden. And then the next morning you say nothing about it, or worse, you act a little weird, and her brain quietly files the whole experience under that was probably too much. And just like that, she locks it back up, and the next time she'll be more guarded, not less. The morning after is where you get to close the loop and tell her that side of her that she showed you wasn't just tolerated, it was wanted. Remember the science of responsiveness that feeling understood and accepted is what drives her desire. This is you delivering that feeling in daylight when her guard is back up and it counts even more. It's the difference between her thinking, I can't believe I did that, and her thinking, oh, I can't wait to do

Key 5 The Morning After

SPEAKER_00

that again. So you affirm it plainly and warmly, either out loud or in text a few hours later. You might say, I keep thinking about the way you let go last night, and I want so much more of that. Or you might say, that side of you that came out, give me all of it, anytime you want. Or my favorite, because it doesn't close the door, it holds it open for the next time, which is tell me one more thing you've been too shy to say. I really like where we went. Because here's the truth about all of this the kink world does not open all the way in a single night. It opens because you keep proving again and again that it's safe to open a little bit and a little bit more. And the man who understands that is the man she stops fantasizing about strangers with because she's finally getting to live those fantasies out with him. Bottom line, tell her the next morning that you loved it and she'll trust you with even more the next time. So that's your cheat sheet. And notice that not one of these five things is really about being filthy. Every single one of them is about making it safe for her to be. You go first so she knows she won't be judged. Use what if so she can say yes without fear of asking. Make her feel understood because feeling understood is actually what drives her desire. Narrate her own fantasy back to her out loud so she feels it twice. And the next morning, you let her know that side of her that you got to see is a side you want more of. She has had a kinky side the entire time you've known her. You are simply going to be the one who finally makes it safe enough to come out. So there's your cheat sheet. Give it a try. Let me know how it goes. And if this has helped you, make sure to like and subscribe to my channel uh or my podcast wherever you're listening. Give me a review, it helps me reach more people and help them start having better intimacy starting tonight. Until next time, I'll see you in the locker room. Cheers.
